🍟 Air Fryer Potato Slices


Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 3 medium potatoes (washed, peeled optional, sliced ¼-inch thick)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (for color & flavor)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1 – Prepare Potatoes

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes (peeling is optional).

  2. Slice into even ¼-inch thick rounds.

  3. Place slices in a bowl of cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch (helps them crisp up).

  4. Drain and pat dry with a clean towel.


Step 2 – Season

  1. Place potato slices in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Toss well to coat evenly.


Step 3 – Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Arrange potato slices in a single layer (slight overlap is okay).

  3. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  4. If needed, cook in batches for best results.


Step 4 – Serve

  1. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  2. Serve hot with ketchup, garlic mayo, or sour cream dip.


Tips

✅ For extra crispiness, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
✅ Try seasoning variations: rosemary + thyme, chili flakes, or parmesan cheese.
✅ Can also be made with sweet potatoes for a healthier twist.
