Creamy Carnivore Crockpot Chicken

Creamy Carnivore Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients (serves ~4)

  • 2–2½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts (boneless or bone-in both work)

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ½ tsp black pepper (optional if strict carnivore — skip if needed)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed

  • 2–3 tbsp butter (grass-fed if you like)

  • ½ cup chicken broth (optional but helps prevent burning)

Optional add-ins (still carnivore):

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar, mozzarella, or parmesan

  • 1–2 egg yolks (for extra richness at the end)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken to crockpot
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Season
Sprinkle evenly with salt (and pepper if using).

  3. Add fats
Pour heavy cream and chicken broth over the chicken.
Scatter cream cheese cubes and butter on top.

  4. Cook

    • Low: 6–7 hours

    • High: 3–4 hours
Chicken should be very tender and easy to shred.

  5. Shred & stir
Shred chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
Stir well until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.

  6. Optional cheese boost
Stir in shredded cheese and let melt for 10–15 minutes.

  7. Taste & adjust
Add more salt or butter if needed.
