Creamy Carnivore Crockpot Chicken
Ingredients (serves ~4)

2–2½ lbs chicken thighs or breasts (boneless or bone-in both work)

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

½ tsp black pepper (optional if strict carnivore — skip if needed)

1 cup heavy cream
-
4 oz cream cheese, cubed

2–3 tbsp butter (grass-fed if you like)

½ cup chicken broth (optional but helps prevent burning)
Optional add-ins (still carnivore):

½ cup shredded cheddar, mozzarella, or parmesan
-
1–2 egg yolks (for extra richness at the end)
Instructions

Add chicken to crockpot
Place chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. -
Season
Sprinkle evenly with salt (and pepper if using). -
Add fats
Pour heavy cream and chicken broth over the chicken.
Scatter cream cheese cubes and butter on top. -
Cook

Low: 6–7 hours
-
High: 3–4 hours
Chicken should be very tender and easy to shred.

Shred & stir
Shred chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.
Stir well until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. -
Optional cheese boost
Stir in shredded cheese and let melt for 10–15 minutes. -
Taste & adjust
Add more salt or butter if needed.
