  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Parboil the Potatoes

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

  • Add baby potatoes

  • Boil 12–15 minutes until fork-tender

  • Drain and set aside

👉 This ensures creamy insides, not hard potatoes.

2️⃣ Bake or Fry the Wings

Oven Method (recommended for trays):

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)

  • Pat wings dry

  • Toss with wing seasoning + olive oil

  • Arrange on a rack or foil-lined tray

  • Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway

Air Fryer Option:

  • 380°F for 24–26 minutes, flipping halfway

Wings should be crispy and golden.

3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp & Sausage

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat

  • Add a drizzle of oil

  • Sauté sausage until browned (3–4 min)

  • Add shrimp + shrimp seasoning

  • Cook shrimp 1–2 min per side

  • Remove from heat

4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • Melt butter over medium heat

  • Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds

  • Stir in Cajun, Old Bay, paprika, chili flakes

  • Add brown sugar, lemon juice, and broth

  • Simmer 3–5 minutes until glossy

  • Stir in parsley

Sauce should be deep orange, shiny, and aromatic 🤤

5️⃣ Assemble the Tray

  • In a large aluminum tray, add:

    • Wings

    • Potatoes

    • Shrimp

    • Sausage

  • Pour ½–¾ of the sauce over everything

  • Toss gently to coat

6️⃣ Bake to Finish

  • Bake tray at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes

  • Spoon remaining sauce over top

  • Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for caramelization

🔥 Pro Tips (This Makes It HIT)

  • Dry wings = crisp wings

  • Don’t overcook shrimp—add them late

  • Want sticky-sweet? Add 2 tbsp honey

  • Extra spicy? Add hot sauce or more chili flakes

  • Sauce too thick? Splash of broth fixes it

🍽 How to Serve

  • Serve HOT, family-style

  • Extra sauce on the side

  • Napkins required 😅

  • Ice-cold drink mandatory
