🍗 Description
This crispy fried chicken is perfectly seasoned, crunchy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The chicken is marinated for deep flavor, coated in a spiced flour mixture, and fried until golden brown—just like classic restaurant-style fried chicken.

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and herbs.
Add chicken pieces and coat well.
Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
2️⃣ Prepare the Coating
In another bowl, mix flour, cornflour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well so spices are evenly distributed.
3️⃣ Coat the Chicken
Remove chicken from marinade (do not wipe off).
Roll each piece in the flour mixture, pressing firmly so the coating sticks well.
For extra crunch: dip back into marinade lightly, then coat again with flour.
4️⃣ Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep pan to 170–175°C (340°F).
Fry chicken in batches (do not overcrowd).
Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
5️⃣ Drain & Rest
Remove chicken and place on a wire rack or paper towels.
Let rest for 5 minutes to keep it juicy and crispy.
