These air fryer crispy cheesy bread bites are golden, crunchy on the outside, and gooey on the inside. Made with simple bread slices and melty cheese, they’re perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick party bite—no deep frying needed!
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

6–8 slices white or sandwich bread

6–8 cheese slices (cheddar, mozzarella, or processed cheese)

2 tbsp butter, melted

½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Bread

Remove crusts from bread slices.

Flatten each slice lightly with a rolling pin.

Place a cheese slice on one bread piece and cover with another slice to make a sandwich.
2️⃣ Cut into Bites

Cut each sandwich into small squares (2–3 inches).

Press edges gently so cheese stays inside.
3️⃣ Coat the Bites

Brush each bread bite lightly with melted butter.

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.

Roll each piece in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
4️⃣ Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).

Arrange bread bites in the basket, leaving space between them.

Lightly spray with oil.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
