TikTok Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2–3 tbsp marinara or pizza sauce

  • 6–8 turkey pepperoni slices (or regular)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Optional toppings:

    • Red pepper flakes

    • Olives

    • Mushrooms

    • Basil


Instructions

1. Mix the Base

  • Add cottage cheese to a bowl.

  • Stir in Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

2. Add the “Pizza” Layers

  • Spoon marinara sauce over the cottage cheese.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  • Add pepperoni slices (whole or chopped).

3. Melt & Combine

  • Microwave for 45–60 seconds until cheese melts
    OR air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–5 minutes.

4. Finish

  • Add red pepper flakes or fresh basil if you like.

  • Stir everything together and enjoy your pizza-flavored protein bowl!
