1️⃣ Perfect Pan-Seared Steak
Ingredients
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1–1¼ inch thick)
1½ tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 sprig rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Pat dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a cast-iron pan over high heat until smoking hot.
Add olive oil, then steak.
Sear 3–4 minutes per side until a deep crust forms.
Lower heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs.
Tilt pan and spoon butter over steak for 1 minute.
Remove and rest 5–10 minutes.

Medium-rare: 130–135°F
Medium: 140–145°F
2️⃣ Garlic Butter Rolls (Pull-Apart Style)
Ingredients
6 dinner rolls (store-bought or homemade)
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley
Pinch salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt.
Brush generously over rolls.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
Broil 1–2 minutes for extra color.
3️⃣ Bacon Green Beans
Ingredients
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper
Instructions
Blanch green beans in salted water 3 minutes, drain.
Cook bacon in skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In bacon fat, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
Add green beans, toss 4–5 minutes until glossy and tender.
Return bacon, season to taste.

4️⃣ Loaded Mashed Potatoes (Cheesy + Bacon)
Ingredients
2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
½ cup warm milk or cream
4 tbsp butter
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Salt & pepper
Chives or parsley
Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.
Drain and mash while hot.
Add butter and warm milk gradually.
Fold in cheese and bacon.
Season well and top with herbs.
