Instructions
1. Prep the Zucchini (Important!)

Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.

Place in a bowl, sprinkle with ½ tsp salt, and let sit 10 minutes.

Squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean towel or cheesecloth.

2. Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine:

Shredded cheese

Parmesan

Garlic

Herbs

Flour

Black pepper & paprika
Mix until thick and sticky but scoopable.
3. Shape the Rings

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly oil a pan.

Scoop about ¼ cup mixture per ring.

Shape into a donut (use your fingers or a spoon).

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and gently press them in.
