🔥 Instructions

1. Prepare the Apples

  1. Wash and core apples; slice into even wedges (about 8–10 wedges per apple).

  2. In a bowl, toss wedges with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Optional: Add cornstarch and mix until lightly coated.

2. Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Arrange apple wedges in a single layer (you may need batches).

  3. Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender and lightly caramelized.

🍯 Make the Caramel Whipped Cream

  1. In a cold mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks.

  2. Add caramel sauce, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Continue whipping until medium-stiff peaks form.

  4. Taste and adjust caramel if desired.

🍽️ Serve

Plate the warm apple wedges and serve with a generous bowl of caramel whipped cream for dipping.
