Air Fryer Burger Patties
Ingredients (4 patties)
500 g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 works best)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional but 🔥)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce (optional, for juiciness)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
Mix gently: In a bowl, combine beef and seasonings. Don’t overmix or burgers get tough.
Form patties: Shape into 4 even patties, slightly wider than buns. Press a small dimple in the center of each.
Air fry:
Place patties in the basket (don’t overcrowd).
Cook 8–10 minutes, flip halfway.
For well-done: up to 12 minutes.
Optional glaze: Brush with BBQ sauce or ketchup during the last 2 minutes.
Rest 2 minutes before serving.
Optional Add-Ons
Cheese: Add slices during last 1–2 minutes
Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelized onions
Buns: Toast briefly in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes
Pro Tips
No oil needed—the fat renders perfectly in the air fryer.
For extra juicy burgers, don’t press them while cooking.
Internal temp: 160°F / 71°C for beef.
