Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

16 oz Brussels Sprouts

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt and black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

Trim the bottom off the Brussels Sprouts and slice them in half from top to bottom.

Rinse them thoroughly.

Preheat the Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Toss with Seasonings:

Pat the Brussels Sprouts dry with a paper towel and place them in a large bowl.

Add olive oil, salt, black pepper,

Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Toss gently to coat the Brussels Sprouts evenly with the seasonings.

Air Fry:

Place the seasoned Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

You may need to do this in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.

Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 12-15 minutes,

shaking the basket or tossing the Brussels Sprouts halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Cook until they are golden brown and tender.

Serve:

Once the Brussels Sprouts are crispy and browned to your liking,

remove them from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
