  • 4 large tortillas or wraps

  • Lettuce or spinach (optional)

  • Sliced tomatoes or cucumbers (optional)

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional, for garnish)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken

  2. Add chicken strips and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes (or up to overnight).

  2. Taste and adjust for garlic or lemon.

3. Assemble the Wraps

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly (in a pan or microwave) to make them pliable.

  2. Spread a generous spoonful of garlic sauce over each tortilla.

  3. Layer with:

    • Cooked garlic chicken

    • Shredded cheese

    • Optional: lettuce/spinach, tomato, cucumber

4. Toast the Wraps (Optional but recommended!)

  1. Fold the wraps (like a burrito).

  2. Place them seam-side down on a heated skillet or panini press.

  3. Toast for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and the cheese melts.

📝 Tips & Variations:

  • Spicy Version: Add hot sauce or jalapeños.

  • Low-Carb Option: Use low-carb wraps or lettuce leaves.

  • Meal Prep: Keep chicken and sauce separate until assembling for the best texture.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store cooked chicken in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.

  • Wraps can be assembled and refrigerated, then toasted before serving.
