Chicken BLT Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients (serves 3–4)
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
8–12 large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
6–8 strips bacon, cooked crispy
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or sliced tomato)
4–6 slices cheddar or American cheese (or shredded)
Salt & black pepper
Optional Sauce (recommended)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard or lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare lettuce
Wash and dry lettuce leaves well.
Trim thick stem ends so they fold easily.
Cook bacon
Pan-fry or bake until crispy.
Drain and break into pieces.
Warm chicken
Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Warm in a pan or microwave (optional but nice).
Assemble wraps
Lay lettuce flat.
Add chicken first.
Top with cheese, bacon, and tomatoes.
Drizzle with sauce or spread lightly.
Fold & serve
Fold like a taco or wrap.
Serve immediately while bacon is crispy.
Variations
Low-carb/keto: Skip tomatoes, add avocado
Spicy: Add sriracha or chili flakes
Extra creamy: Add sliced avocado or ranch
Grilled flavor: Use grilled chicken instead
