Christmas Tree Protein Snack Board ()
Fun, festive, and low-carb. Easy to build and perfect for nibbling.
You’ll Need:
• Cheddar cheese, cubed
• Another mild cheese (like herby jack), cubed
• Lean salami or turkey pepperoni slices
• Green olives
• Fresh raspberries and blackberries
• Pretzel sticks for the “trunk” (or low-carb breadsticks)
• Fresh rosemary sprigs for “branches”
• Slice of cheese cut into a star for the top
How to Make it:
On a large white platter, start at the bottom and make a wide row of cheese cubes, then a row of blackberries just above. Add a row of folded salami, then a row of white cheese cubes, then a row of green olives. Keep going up with another salami row, a row of cheddar cubes, and finish near the top with raspberries. Place the cheese star at the top, pretzel sticks as the tree trunk at the bottom, and tuck rosemary sprigs along the sides to look like pine branches.
Tip for extra protein:
Set a small bowl of cottage cheese with herbs next to the board so guests can scoop it with cheese cubes or lean salami for a high-protein bite.
