📝 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 bites)
6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
½ cup finely chopped veggies (spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, parsley
🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Add eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper + seasoning into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
