Crispy Chicken Cutlets (Juicy Inside, Golden Outside)
🧾 Ingredients

500 g chicken breast, sliced into strips

2–3 egg yolks (or 2 whole eggs)

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Breadcrumbs (or panko)
-
Flour (for dredging)

Oil for frying
👩🍳 Instructions

Prep the chicken
Slice chicken breasts into medium strips. -
Season & coat
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the chicken.
Pour in the egg yolks and mix well until every piece is coated. -
Bread the chicken

Lightly coat each piece in flour

Dip back into egg if needed

Roll in breadcrumbs, pressing gently so they stick

Fry
Heat oil over medium heat.
Fry chicken strips until golden brown and crispy on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side). -
Drain & serve
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
