Fresh Celery Green Drink (Blender or Juicer)

Ingredients

  • 4–5 celery stalks, washed and chopped

  • ½ cucumber, chopped (adds freshness & smoothness)

  • Juice of ½–1 lime or lemon (to taste)

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

  • Small handful fresh parsley or cilantro (optional but great)

  • Optional add-ins (choose 1–2 max):

    • ½ green apple (mild sweetness)

    • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger

    • A few mint leaves


Instructions (Blender Method)

  1. Prep the produce

    • Wash celery thoroughly

    • Chop into small pieces for easy blending

  2. Blend

    • Add celery, cucumber, herbs, citrus juice, and liquid to blender

    • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until fully smooth

  3. Strain (Optional)

    • For a juice-like texture, strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag

    • For fiber-rich drink, skip straining and drink as-is

  4. Taste & adjust

    • Add more citrus for brightness

    • Add a splash of water if too strong

  5. Serve immediately

    • Best enjoyed fresh and cold


Juicer Method (If You Have One)

  1. Run celery, cucumber, herbs, and apple (if using) through the juicer

  2. Stir in lemon or lime juice

  3. Serve immediately
