For the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup vegetable broth (or chicken broth)

1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but great)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Cauliflower Steaks

Remove outer leaves from the cauliflower.

Trim the stem just enough so it sits flat.

Slice ¾–1 inch thick steaks from the center (you’ll get 2–4 good steaks).

Save loose florets for another recipe.
2. Season

Place steaks on a tray.

Brush both sides generously with olive oil.

Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs.
Cooking Options
🔥 Option 1: Oven Roasted

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roast cauliflower on a lined tray for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Roast until golden brown and tender.
🔥 Option 2: Air Fryer (Extra Crispy)

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Air fry steaks for 12–15 minutes, flipping once.

Cook until edges are crisp and deeply golden.
3. Make the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds (don’t brown).

Stir in broth, lemon juice, and Dijon.

Simmer 4–5 minutes until slightly reduced.

Add cream (if using) and simmer 2 more minutes.
