Insanely Delicious Roasted Asparagus
(Garlic & Parmesan version)
🧾 Ingredients (serves 2–4)

1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)

2–3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or minced

⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1½–2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper, to taste
(Salt/pepper don’t count as “ingredients” in internet recipe math 😉)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
2️⃣ Prep asparagus
Spread asparagus on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper, toss to coat.
3️⃣ Add garlic
Scatter garlic evenly over the asparagus (don’t pile it or it’ll burn).
4️⃣ Roast
Roast for 12–15 minutes, until tender and lightly charred at the tips.
5️⃣ Parmesan time
Remove from oven, immediately sprinkle Parmesan over the hot asparagus.
6️⃣ Finish
Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts slightly.
Optional: quick broil (30–60 seconds) for golden edges.

Thin asparagus = less time, thick spears = a few extra minutes
