🍽 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate chicken
In a small bowl, mix chicken slices with soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tsp olive oil. Set aside 10–15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook chicken
Heat a nonstick pan or wok over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Stir-fry veggies
Add onion, bell peppers, broccoli to the same pan. Stir-fry 4–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
4️⃣ Make the sauce
Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and cornstarch slurry. Pour over veggies and stir.
5️⃣ Combine chicken + pineapple
