Two-Ingredient “Everything Bagels”

Makes: 4 bagels

⭐ Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
    (or: 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
    (thick yogurt works best)

Topping:

  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (about 1–2 tsp)

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash — optional but makes them golden)


🥣 Instructions

1. Make the dough

  • In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.

  • Mix with a spoon until crumbly, then knead with your hands 1–2 minutes until it forms a smooth, slightly sticky dough.

2. Shape the bagels

  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

  • Roll each piece into a rope and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.

3. Add topping

  • Brush each bagel lightly with the egg wash (optional).

  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.

4. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake 20–22 minutes, then broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning (optional).

5. Cool & serve

  • Let them cool 10 minutes before slicing.


💡 Tips

  • If the dough feels too wet, dust with a little extra flour.

  • For a crispier finish, air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.

  • Great for breakfast sandwiches, snacks, or mini pizzas.
