Low-Point Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait
Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (0 points on most plans)
½–1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1–2 tsp honey or sugar-free sweetener
1–2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp granola (optional — adds points)
½ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Sweeten the Yogurt
Mix Greek yogurt with honey/sweetener and vanilla.
Stir in cinnamon if you like.
2. Layer the Parfait
In a glass or bowl:
Add half of the yogurt
Add half of the berries
Repeat layers
Top with:
Granola (optional)
Chia seeds
Extra berries
3. Serve
Enjoy immediately!
