Low-Point Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (0 points on most plans)

  • ½–1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or sugar-free sweetener

  • 1–2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 tbsp granola (optional — adds points)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

1. Sweeten the Yogurt

  • Mix Greek yogurt with honey/sweetener and vanilla.

  • Stir in cinnamon if you like.

2. Layer the Parfait

In a glass or bowl:

  • Add half of the yogurt

  • Add half of the berries

  • Repeat layers

  • Top with:

    • Granola (optional)

    • Chia seeds

    • Extra berries

3. Serve

Enjoy immediately!
For meal prep: store in the fridge up to 2 days (add granola right before eating).
