Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

6–8 oz smoked sausage (turkey, chicken, or beef), sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Honey Garlic Sauce
-
3 tbsp honey
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili flakes.

Set aside.
2. Cook the Sausage

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced sausage and cook 3–4 minutes until slightly browned.

Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Broccoli
-
In the same pan, add a splash of oil and the broccoli.

Sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
4. Cook the Shrimp
-
Push broccoli to one side of the skillet.
-
Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
5. Add Sauce & Combine
-
Return sausage to the skillet.

Pour the honey garlic sauce on top.

Toss everything together and simmer 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
