Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- Optional toppings: grated parmesan, fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), butter, chili flakes, or sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prep Potatoes: Wash and dry potatoes. Slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds.
- Season: In a large bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
- Bake: Cook for 25–35 minutes, flipping slices halfway through, until golden brown and crispy at the edges.
