🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon (optional but amazing)

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Peel sweet potatoes (optional).

Slice the potato vertically almost all the way through (don’t cut the bottom).

Rotate and slice again across to create a crosshatch “blooming” pattern.
2️⃣ Season
Mix melted butter (or oil), honey/maple syrup, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Brush generously over the sweet potatoes, making sure it gets between the cuts.
3️⃣ Bake or Air Fry

Oven: Bake 40–50 minutes until tender and blooming.

Air Fryer: Cook 20–25 minutes until soft in center and crispy at edges.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve
Drizzle more honey or butter.
Top with feta, nuts, chives, or a dollop of Greek yogurt.
