No-Bake Crunch Bars

These bars are crunchy, chocolatey, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. With only a few ingredients and no oven required, they’re perfect for meal prep, parties, kids’ treats, or a late-night sweet craving!


🧂 Ingredients (3–4 Ingredients!)

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
    (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)

  • 1 cup peanut butter
    (or almond/cashew butter)

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
    (any puffed rice cereal works)

Optional add-ins (choose any):

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts

  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows


🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate & Peanut Butter

  1. Add chocolate chips + peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and fully melted.
    OR melt over a double boiler on the stove.

2️⃣ Add the Cereal

  1. Pour in Rice Krispies.

  2. Mix until evenly coated and crunchy.

3️⃣ Press into a Pan

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper.

  2. Spread mixture evenly and press gently to compact.

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
