🧀 Description

These air fryer crispy cheesy bread bites are golden, crunchy on the outside, and gooey on the inside. Made with simple bread slices and melty cheese, they’re perfect as a snack, appetizer, or quick party bite—no deep frying needed!


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 6–8 slices white or sandwich bread

  • 6–8 cheese slices (cheddar, mozzarella, or processed cheese)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • Cooking spray or oil spray


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Bread

  • Remove crusts from bread slices.

  • Flatten each slice lightly with a rolling pin.

  • Place a cheese slice on one bread piece and cover with another slice to make a sandwich.


2️⃣ Cut into Bites

  • Cut each sandwich into small squares (2–3 inches).

  • Press edges gently so cheese stays inside.


3️⃣ Coat the Bites

  • Brush each bread bite lightly with melted butter.

  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.

  • Roll each piece in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.


4️⃣ Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).

  • Arrange bread bites in the basket, leaving space between them.

  • Lightly spray with oil.

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.


5️⃣ Cool & Serve

  • Remove and let rest for 2 minutes.

  • Serve warm while the cheese is melty inside.
