Mozzarella cheese (whole-milk, shredded) – 2 cups (225 g)
Cream cheese – 2 oz (55 g)
Egg – 1 large
Pork rinds, finely crushed – ½ cup (25 g)
Salt – ¼ tsp
🧈 “Garlic” Butter Topping
Butter (melted) – 2 tbsp
Optional (NOT strict carnivore):
Garlic powder – ¼–½ tsp
Parmesan cheese (grated) – 2 tbsp
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Oven to 400°F / 205°C
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
2️⃣ Melt the cheese
In a microwave-safe bowl:
2 cups mozzarella
2 oz cream cheese
Microwave 30 sec at a time, stirring, until smooth
3️⃣ Make the dough
Stir in:
1 egg
½ cup crushed pork rinds
¼ tsp salt
Mix until a sticky dough forms
4️⃣ Shape the bread
Place dough on parchment
Flatten into a ½-inch thick rectangle or circle
Smooth edges with wet fingers
5️⃣ Bake
Bake 12–15 minutes
Until golden and firm on top
6️⃣ Garlic butter finish
Mix melted butter with:
(optional) garlic powder
Brush generously over hot bread
Sprinkle parmesan if using
7️⃣ Final crisp
Broil 1–2 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned
Cool 5 minutes, slice, and serve
