Chocolate Banana Oat Delight
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
1 ripe banana
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup milk (any — dairy/almond/oat)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for thickness)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
Banana slices
Chocolate chips
Nuts
Peanut butter
Coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Mash & Mix
In a bowl:
Mash the banana
Add oats, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, chia seeds, and salt
Mix well
2. Add Milk
Pour in milk and stir until creamy
Adjust milk depending on how thick you want it
3. Chill or Cook (Your Choice)
✔ For Overnight Delight (no cooking)
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight until thick.
✔ For Warm Delight
Cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring until smooth and chocolaty.
4. Serve
Top with:
Banana slices
Drizzle of honey
Chocolate chips
Peanut butter swirl
Nuts
