Chocolate Mousse Recipe (Easy & Delicious)
Ingredients (4 servings):

1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)

150g dark chocolate (good quality, chopped)

2 tbsp sugar
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: shaved chocolate, berries, whipped cream
Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt the Chocolate

Add chopped dark chocolate to a heatproof bowl.

Melt it over a double boiler OR microwave in 20-second intervals.

Stir until smooth.

Let it cool slightly (room temperature but still liquid).
2️⃣ Whip the Cream

In a large chilled bowl, add heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.

Whip until soft peaks form (don’t overbeat).
3️⃣ Combine

Add a spoonful of whipped cream into the melted chocolate and mix gently.

Now fold the chocolate mixture back into the remaining whipped cream.

Fold slowly to keep it airy and fluffy.
4️⃣ Set the Mousse

Spoon into serving glasses or bowls.

Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until firm and mousse-like.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

Top with whipped cream, berries, or shaved chocolate.

Serve chilled!
