🛒 Ingredients (serves 3–4)
Steak

1½ lb (700 g) sirloin, ribeye, or strip steak

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Optional: pinch of chili flakes
Garlic Butter

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Optional: squeeze of lemon juice
Creamy Dip (optional, like in the photo)

½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp mayo
-
1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Paprika or chili flakes for garnish
🔪 Prep

Pat steak dry with paper towels (very important for browning).

Cut into even 1½–2 inch cubes.

Toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
🍳 Air Fryer Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F for 3–5 minutes.

Place steak bites in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.

Medium-rare: ~6 minutes

Medium: ~7–8 minutes

🧄 Garlic Butter Finish

While steak cooks, mix butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.

As soon as steak bites come out hot, add a small dollop of garlic butter on each piece.

Toss gently so butter melts and coats everything.

Mix all dip ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for 10 minutes for best flavor.
