Lemon Cucumber Mint Infused Water (Detox-Style Drink)
Ingredients (for ~1 liter / 4 cups)
-
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
-
1 lemon, thinly sliced (organic if possible)
-
10–15 fresh mint leaves
-
1 liter (4 cups) cold filtered water
-
Optional: ice cubes
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Wash everything well
Rinse the cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly to remove dirt or pesticide residue. -
Slice the cucumber
Cut into thin rounds. Thin slices release flavor better. -
Slice the lemon
Slice thinly and remove visible seeds to avoid bitterness. -
Prepare the mint
Gently bruise the mint leaves by pressing them between your fingers—this releases the oils and boosts flavor. -
Assemble
Add cucumber, lemon, and mint to a large glass jar or pitcher. -
Add water
Pour in cold water until everything is fully submerged. -
Chill & infuse
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours.
For best flavor, let it sit overnight (8–12 hours).
How to Drink It

Drink 1–2 cups at a time
-
Total per day: up to 1–2 liters
-
Best times:
-
Morning (before breakfast)
-

-
How Long It Lasts
-

Lime instead of lemon
-
Basil instead of mint
