Lemon Cucumber Mint Infused Water (Detox-Style Drink)
Ingredients (for ~1 liter / 4 cups)
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced (organic if possible)
10–15 fresh mint leaves
1 liter (4 cups) cold filtered water

Step-by-Step Instructions
Wash everything well
Rinse the cucumber, lemon, and mint thoroughly to remove dirt or pesticide residue.Slice the cucumber
Cut into thin rounds. Thin slices release flavor better.Slice the lemon
Slice thinly and remove visible seeds to avoid bitterness.Prepare the mint
Gently bruise the mint leaves by pressing them between your fingers—this releases the oils and boosts flavor.Assemble
Add cucumber, lemon, and mint to a large glass jar or pitcher.Add water
Pour in cold water until everything is fully submerged.Chill & infuse
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours.
For best flavor, let it sit overnight (8–12 hours).
