Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (or sliced pepperoni)

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup sliced olives (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In an oven-safe bowl, add:

    • ground beef/chicken/pepperoni

    • marinara sauce

    • veggies (mushrooms, peppers, olives)

  3. Sprinkle garlic powder & Italian seasoning.

  4. Top with mozzarella and parmesan.

  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  6. Add chili flakes or extra herbs on top.


Tips

  • Swap protein: turkey, sausage, tofu, shrimp

  • Use different veggies: spinach, onions, zucchini

  • For extra cheesiness: add ricotta or cream cheese layer
