Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (or sliced pepperoni)
1/2 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced olives (optional)
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In an oven-safe bowl, add:
ground beef/chicken/pepperoni
marinara sauce
veggies (mushrooms, peppers, olives)
Sprinkle garlic powder & Italian seasoning.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Add chili flakes or extra herbs on top.
Tips
Swap protein: turkey, sausage, tofu, shrimp
Use different veggies: spinach, onions, zucchini
For extra cheesiness: add ricotta or cream cheese layer
