In a small bowl, mix mozzarella, feta, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper.
2οΈβ£ Build the Sandwich
Layer on bread:
Cheese mixture β tomatoes β olives β spinach/basil β top with cheese β 2nd slice of bread.
3οΈβ£ Grill It
Brush the outside of bread with olive oil or butter.
Heat a pan on medium.
Cook 3β4 minutes per side until:
