Mixed Grill Platter (Serves 3–4)
What’s on the plate
Beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
Chicken drumsticks & thighs
Seasoned fries
Creamy garlic herb sauce
1️⃣ Steak (Juicy & Well-Seared)
Ingredients
2 large beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin, ~2–3 cm thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
1 tbsp butter (optional but recommended)
Instructions
Bring steaks to room temperature (30 min).
Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs.
Heat a heavy pan or grill very hot.
Cook steaks:
Medium-rare: 3–4 min per side
Medium: 4–5 min per side
Add butter in the last minute, baste the steaks.
Rest for 5–7 minutes before serving (very important).
2️⃣ Grilled Chicken (Golden & Smoky)
Ingredients
4 chicken drumsticks
4 chicken thighs
3 tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1½ tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into a marinade.
Coat chicken well and marinate at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
Grill over medium heat or bake at 200°C (400°F):
Grill: 20–25 minutes, turning often
Oven: 40–45 minutes, turning halfway
Finish with a quick high-heat sear for crispy skin.
3️⃣ Seasoned Fries (Crispy Outside, Soft Inside)
Ingredients
4–5 large potatoes
2–3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried herbs (oregano or thyme)
Instructions
Cut potatoes into thick fries.
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry completely.
Toss with oil and seasonings.
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 35–40 min, flipping halfway
or deep-fry until golden.
4️⃣ Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce (Like in the photo 🤍)
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley or dill
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix everything until smooth.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
5️⃣ To Serve
Arrange steaks and chicken on a large platter
Add fries on the side
Serve sauce in a bowl
Optional extras: lemon wedges, fresh parsley, grilled veggies
