Pizza Chips Recipe

(Crispy, Cheesy, 10-Minute Snack!)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni (or chopped regular pepperoni)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce (for dipping)

  • Optional toppings:

    • Crushed red pepper

    • Dried oregano

    • Grated parmesan


Instructions

1. Preheat Oven or Air Fryer

  • Oven: 400°F (200°C)

  • Air Fryer: 375°F (190°C)

2. Form the Chips

On a baking sheet with parchment paper (or air fryer basket):

  • Add 1 tbsp piles of mozzarella spaced apart.

  • Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

  • Add pepperoni pieces on top.

  • Sprinkle a bit more cheese to lock it in.

3. Bake or Air Fry

  • Oven: Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.

  • Air Fryer: 5–6 minutes until crispy.

4. Cool

Let them sit 2–3 minutes — they crisp up as they cool.

5. Serve

Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
Add optional parmesan + red pepper flakes for extra flavor.


Tips for Perfect Crispy Pizza Chips

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for best crisp.

  • Don’t overcrowd — they spread.

  • Add pepperoni before cheese if you want extra crunch.
