1. Cook the Ravioli

  1. Bring salted water to a boil.

  2. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3–4 minutes).

  3. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.


2. Prepare the Vegetables

  1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add asparagus and sautΓ© for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.

  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook 1–2 minutes until they soften slightly but don’t fall apart.


3. Combine Everything

  1. Add cooked ravioli to the pan.

  2. Pour in 1/4 cup pasta water.

  3. Gently toss to coat everything without breaking the ravioli.

  4. Add fresh herbs, black pepper, and taste for salt.
