Two-Ingredient “Everything Bagels”

⭐ Ingredients
For the dough:

1 cup self-rising flour
(or: 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt) -
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
(thick yogurt works best)
Topping:

Everything Bagel Seasoning (about 1–2 tsp)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash — optional but makes them golden)
🥣 Instructions
1. Make the dough

In a bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.

Mix with a spoon until crumbly, then knead with your hands 1–2 minutes until it forms a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
2. Shape the bagels

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

Roll each piece into a rope and connect the ends to form a bagel shape.
3. Add topping

Brush each bagel lightly with the egg wash (optional).

Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top.
4. Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 20–22 minutes, then broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning (optional).
5. Cool & serve

Let them cool 10 minutes before slicing.

If the dough feels too wet, dust with a little extra flour.
