Air Fryer Burger Patties
Ingredients (4 patties)

500 g (1 lb) ground beef (80/20 works best)

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional but 🔥)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

1 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce (optional, for juiciness)
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 190°C / 375°F for 3–5 minutes.

Mix gently: In a bowl, combine beef and seasonings. Don’t overmix or burgers get tough.

Form patties: Shape into 4 even patties, slightly wider than buns. Press a small dimple in the center of each.

Air fry:

Place patties in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

Cook 8–10 minutes, flip halfway.

For well-done: up to 12 minutes.

Optional glaze: Brush with BBQ sauce or ketchup during the last 2 minutes.

Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Cheese: Add slices during last 1–2 minutes

Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelized onions

Buns: Toast briefly in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes
