6 slices bacon, chopped
8 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat sour cream)

½ tsp black pepper (optional)

🔪 Instructions
Preheat oven
375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.Cook the meats
In a skillet over medium heat:Cook bacon until just crisp; remove and set aside
In the same pan, brown ground beef in bacon fat
Season lightly with salt & pepper
Drain excess grease if needed.
Mix the custard
In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth.Assemble
Spread beef evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle bacon over the top.
Add cheese evenly.
Pour egg mixture over everything.Bake
