Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan
Ingredients
Chicken & Veggies

2 chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 red onion, sliced
-
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

2 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Hawaiian Sauce
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
2 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp pineapple juice (from can or fresh)
-
1 tbsp ketchup (optional but classic)
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp ginger (fresh or powdered)
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a sheet pan with parchment for easier cleanup.
2. Prepare the Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
3. Assemble the Sheet Pan

Add chicken pieces, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple to the sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour half of the Hawaiian sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly.
4. Bake

Spread ingredients evenly on the sheet pan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Brush with remaining sauce and bake an extra 5 minutes for caramelization.
