Chia Seed Pudding (Basic Recipe)
Ingredients (makes ~3 small jars)

1–2 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar, to taste)
-
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
-
Pinch of salt (optional, but boosts flavor)
Instructions
-
Mix
-
In a bowl, combine milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
-
Add chia seeds and whisk well for 1–2 minutes to prevent clumps.
-
-
Rest & Stir
-
Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again (important for even texture).
-
-
Chill
-
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight, until thick and pudding-like.
-
-
Serve
-
Stir once more, divide into jars, and enjoy cold.
-
Texture Fixes
-
Too thick? Add a splash of milk and stir.
-
Too thin? Add 1–2 tsp chia seeds, wait 30 minutes.
Flavor Variations (easy upgrades)

Orange Vanilla 🍊: Add 1 tsp orange zest (matches what’s near the jars!)
-
Chocolate: Mix in 1 tbsp cocoa powder
-
Coconut: Use coconut milk + shredded coconut
-
Berry: Top with fresh or mashed berries
-
Protein boost: Stir in vanilla protein powder before chilling
