Honey Lime Chicken & Avocado Rice Stack

Ingredients
Honey Lime Chicken

Rice Base

1 cup jasmine or long-grain white rice

2 cups water or chicken broth

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp butter (optional, but recommended)
Herb Drizzle / Garnish (Optional but highly recommended)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

½ tsp honey

Pinch chili flakes

Instructions
1. Cook the Rice

Rinse rice under cold water until water runs mostly clear.

In a saucepan, bring water (or broth) and salt to a boil.

Add rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, stir in butter if using, and keep warm.
2. Make the Honey Lime Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Lime zest & juice

Soy sauce

Chili flakes
Set aside.
3. Cook the Chicken

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and pour honey lime sauce into the pan.

4. Prep the Avocado

Toss avocado gently with lime juice and a pinch of salt to keep it fresh and bright.
5. Assemble the Stack
Use a food ring or small bowl for clean layers:
